About Us
Our classes would not be as effective without the help of a wonderful team of assistant instructors (AI). All of our AIs are vetted and trained by founder, Cindy Scott; and have attended other nationally known trainers and instructor classes. They contribute their valuable time and expertise to help us maintain high safety standards, keep student-instructor rations low, and give students the individualized attention they need and deserve.

Rebecca Brueck
Assistant Instructor
Rebecca is a Computer Technician with a local school district. She has been a member of A Girl and A Gun organization since 2015 and currently serves on the leadership team for the League City chapter. Rebecca is a NRA certified Chief Range Safety Officer and A Girl and A Gun certified Safety Officer. She is a NRA Pistol Instructor and USCCA Instructor and RSO. Rebecca is Stop the Bleed and CPR Certified. She holds the Distinguished Expert title in both NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program and Defensive Pistol 1 Qualification Program.
Margaret Gable
Assistant Instructor
Margaret has been a member of A Girl and A Gun organization since 2013 and serves on the leadership team for the League City Chapter. She is a NRA certified Chief Range Safety Officer and A Girl and A Gun certified Safety Officer. She is a Distinguished Expert in the NRA Winchester Woman on Target Marksmanship Program and the Defensive Pistol 1 Qualification Program. Margaret is Stop the Bleed and CPR certified as well. She is currently A Girl and A Gun trainer and a NRA Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun instructor as well as USCCA Instructor.
Robyn Sewell-Poutra
Assistant Instructor
Robyn is a retired administrator and technology trainer of 31 years. She has been a member of A Girl and A Gun organization since 2015 and serves on the leadership team for the League City chapter. She is a NRA a Certified Chief Range Safety Officer and A Girl and A Gun certified Safety Officer. She is a NRA Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun Instructor, certified USCCA instructor, as well as Stop the Bleed and CPR certified. Robyn also holds Distinguished Expert rating in the NRA Pistol Marksmanship Qualification, Defensive Pistol 1 Qualification, and America’s Rifle Challenge Qualification.
